Upon return, the person dropping my car off was very rude. He had stretched the passenger side seatbelt over and connected it to the driver's side latch. When I asked him about it, he was rude, and asked me if I was the police. He then slammed the keys down into my hand aggressively. He was improperly operating my vehicle and manipulating the seat belt alarm by using the other seat belt, over stretching it to fit into the driver's side latch, and then was unprofessional when I asked him why it was set that way. Being wrong, aggressive and rude with a customer is not a good way to get repeat business.

We got 20e penalty for late arrival with a car. Waiting for dropping and picking about 30-40 minutes.

I made my reservation and paid for it. Then on my way to the airport called 30min prior and the vendor just said "we are closed today" and hung up. Then I tried to call back and they would not answer my call. Although it was new years day in the middle of the day they accepted my payment and reservation. Now I cannot get a reply to my email attempts to get a refund. Totally unacceptable to be left high and dry on our way to the airport. Do not trust this vendor.

Très bien pour le rdv d'entrée. Par contre pas clair pour la sortie et pas précis pour l'heure de rdv. Manque un rapport précis avec photos par mail de l'état des lieux. Relationnel tres insatisfaisant avec la personne au retour pour l'horaire du rdv.

Das Fahrzeug wurde von der Abgabe bis zur Rückgabe 44km bewegt. Wartezeit bei Rückgabe, trotz Einhaltung der Vorgabe 30 Minuten

Sehr zuverlässig und schnell. Immer wieder gerne.

Très mauvaise expérience car on m'a annulé ma réservation sans avoir eu un mail et je ne suis toujours pas remboursé...

When we contacted Prime Parking Valet on our way to drop off our car, we were informed our reservation had been cancelled. There was no notification of cancelation between reservation (14 Nov) and date of service (26 Dec). We were forced to find other parking arrangements at the last minute - as we arrived at the airport. I have also been charged (at date of reservation) and not refunded. Very bad experience with Prime Parking Valet.
