Just a few minutes late before departure

Plane landed at 19h20. Vehicle only arrived at 20h00. Thats not good service when a party of 4 people have to wait over half and hour for their vehicle. I may as well have used the airports services for parking. It would have been a lot quicker and hassle free.

A Game of 2 Halves. Departure process was good, driver was there on time and very helpful. However upon arrival, driver was 30 mins late, despite me phoning them 2 hours before hand to ensure they were aware of our arrival time and being assured they would be there. Kairos can do better.

Left sweets and found wraps on the floor, passenger side, atleast could have thrown that away. Thought it would be 9KM return but it was 19km difference upon return. You may clarify for me. I think your staff members need to have some form of identity, some comfort to us when we drop off, likes of uniform, etc. I do understand the risk associated.

On time clean car returned and well priced

They did not pick the car up,had to park in airport parking, no contact details to contact them, no phone call from them

Retrieving was a bit slow.
