Website says they will take you to your cruise port location bur when you arrive they tell you that they cannot bring you there. We ended up having to find new parking and still losing our deposit from this company.

Check in was a little confusing, We made our reservations online and the staff was not sure how to process our request. Also we were charged more when we arrived than quoted online. However, the worst part was the pickup. It took over 2 hours and many phone calls to get picked up from the port. At one point we were asked why we did not get on a van when it came for us. The answer is simple. You sent a 15 passager van for 20 people. Some had to stay back. When we arrived at our car, no one greeted us or apologized for the inconvenience we experienced. We will not use your lot again and will not recommend it.

Had to wait for about 20 min for pick-up then wait till the van was full to leave. There was five of us that was able to leave the ship early so we could get started back. So it really didn't do much good to carry off all our luggage to get a head start.
