How does it work?

Drop Off Procedure:

On the day of your outbound trip, call Luton Park and Ride once you are 15-20 minutes away from the car park and when you're about to arrive at the parking yard (you will be leaving your vehicle and key with the parking facility). This will allow the driver to promptly assist you upon your arrival and secure your car in a safe parking bay. When you arrive at the car park, please proceed to the car park reception. Present either the printout of your confirmation email or the electronic copy. If you do not have these documents, please ensure you have your booking reference number handy. Upon arriving at the car parking facility, one of the friendly chauffeurs will be ready to transport you directly to the Airport. Luton Park and RIde offer a convenient Shuttle Service every 30 minutes to transport their valued customers to the airport.

Early Arrival: It is recommended that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

Pick Up procedure:

When you return, please call the car park on the dedicated phone number and one of the chauffeurs will be right with you. Your minibus driver will take you back to the car parking facility, where they get your car back ready for the drive home.
