Parking Booking Bookings can be cancelled and modified for FREE up to 24 hours before your entry start date. Situated on Level 2 of Terminal Car Park 1, your keys are handled by a fully insured team of drivers, and securely locked away. A full Damage Limitation System (DLS) is installed to record the condition of your car on arrival. Additional Information On arrival to Terminal Car Park 1, please drive up to the entry barrier and press for a ticket. Take your ticket to raise the barrier and enter the car park. Make your way to the Priority Parking reception on Level 2. On your return, please make your way to the Priority Parking reception where your vehicle will be waiting for you. A member of staff will hand you your keys. A range of Covid-secure measures have been introduced to keep you safe when using our Meet & Greet service. These include the disinfection of the driver's side, any touchpoints and keys on arrival and departure, social distancing, Perspex screens in reception and protective equipment for all staff. How can I modify or cancel my booking Should you need to cancel or amend your booking, you may do so by visiting 'Manage a booking'. If amending, your original booking will be cancelled, and a new one will be created. You will receive a cancellation email for the old booking, and an email for your new booking with a new order ID. Notice of your cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before the entry start date of your original booking in order to consider granting a refund. If you do not give the required advance notice as stated, no refund will be given.
