I had difficulty finding your elephone number to confirm the details of the meet and greet. we had circled the airport twicce before we recived a phone call from your office in Larnaca. This is how we obtained your local number. after that all else went well and would gladly use your services in the future. Your internet information gave details to o contact Manchester, UK but nothing locally. This need to be changed URGENTLY

Parkvia made the reservation and received the money but the Parking was closed the dates that I booked. Still no answer to my email and of course not received the refund! You are not serious!

I paid for the car wash, which was not done. Upon drop-off I had to wait for 15 minutes to hand over the car. Upon collection, the car was not left at a parking lot as other operators do, but brought to the departures zone and parked in the second lane, which was inconvenient, given lots of luggage, small kids, etc.
