Parking Larga Estancia P2 AENA Bilbao Airport

'NO usen el servicio de ParkVia! Si se cancela tu vuelo no tendrás opción de recuperar el importe pagado y el servicio de atención al cliente es lamentable. Mucho mejor reservar directamente desde la página del aeropuerto y al ser posible no pagar hasta la vuelta del viaje.

Por culpa del aeropuerto llego el vuelo con 3 horas de retraso y me hicieron pagar un plus por ello

J'ai 2 payer 2 abonnements pour pouvoir accéder au parking. Un vol caractérisé. Paiement hors Europe avec des frais supplémentaire.

J'ai 2 payer 2 abonnements pour pouvoir accéder au parking. J'ai du patienter 45 minutes pour pouvoir rentrer dans le parking. Impossibilité pour sortir du parking. Il ne voulait pas m'ouvrir après avoir payer 2 fois. J'ai du passer derrière un autre client. Une honte. Aucun service client. Je n'ai jamais vu cela.

When I arrived at the Bilbao airport, my registration and payment was not recognized. The printout of the document produced online by Parkvia did not have a critical code and therefore the gate did not open. Calling assistance at the Park was also not helpful. I paid for 3 weeks and the money was lost even though the parking had space. In the end I had to park at the 3 times more expensive General Parking area. I will NO longer trust the Parkvia. Ever.
