It was very hard to find information that there are different parking zones under same company. First google map address guided us to the wrong parking lot where the workers were extremely rude and refused to help us find the right location or give some guidlines how to find information about it. The right address was hard to locate and was accessible after downloading the invoice file. The staff at the right zone was very helpful and service was great. However there was no infornation that there is also free airport transfer included, we found it ut by accident (which was great bonus) and had to ask multiple times about how to order the airport transport when returned from flight. Information is hard to find about additional services and also about locations.
