Was surprised to be asked for a charge of £240 when leaving the car park when I put my ticket into the machine. Had to call the help desk who straightaway asked for the cars registration and then stated they had no record of by prepayment. The assistant then asked for the booking number which luckily I had at hand, after reading that across to him, he then ‘found’ my booking and allowed me to leave, thank goodness. Besides that hiccup all else was very good and very easy 👍 Make sure you have a note of your booking 😁

Extremely convenient for Luton airport, I waited for only 5 minutes then less than 10 minutes for the transfer bus on either side. Great value for money and will be using Airparks next time I fly from Luton.
