I tried to contact Park via two weeks before my booking as i noticed an error on my booking but they never returned my email or whats app message which in the end cost me an extra £90 very disappointing

Excellent service used twice this year,car was safe and secure will use again

Where to start. Car wasn’t registered on arrival. Gained access by taking token. Spend time on holiday trying to contact you via e mail and WhatsApp (!) and just got robot responses - Website wouldn’t let me register to try and get human contact. Made last day super stress full and it was chap at the car park who finally got us out without having to pay £478.00. Rubbish unreliable service that took the edge off holiday. Don’t use !!
