This is not a reflection on the carport and spa at all but my experience with Parkvia. I was rung by carport and spa the morning after doing my booking via parkvia letting me know they were closed on New Year’s Day and couldn’t assist me in storing my car, I though that was great of them to get in contact with me so quickly after booking. They said I needed to get ahold of parkvia to get my money refunded. Now since then that was late dec just after Xmas I have contacted them several times via WhatsApp and email and haven’t had one response so am highly disappointed by there customer service and willingness to resolve my issue. I have paid money for storage for my car and the company couldn’t honour that as they were having there one day off a year and that’s completely understandable but where is my refund this isn’t on me to pay for a service I didn’t receive I want my money back your service is dishonest and disgusting.

Great service and pick up / drop off a breeze. No issues on transfers to and from the airport, probably worked out quicker than waiting around for an Uber.

This was our first time and was a very positive experience. We will definitely be using it again.

The service enabled me to leave home at the intended time unlike if I had been relying on a taxi or friend to take me to the airport. On a arrival a very friendly gentleman met us and ensured we had everything we needed before we drove off to the airport. On return we were picked up soon after after we had collected our luggage. The service was seamless.

Couldn't pay by visa on the website. Had to pay by master card which is inconvenient for work.
