I was under the impression that I was dealing with a company called ParkVia.. The company that responded was Port Parking Costa Golf Malaga. We couldn't find ParkVia as it's not signposted, it's a long way from Malaga Cruise terminal. Trying to be picked up and retrieve my car was traumatic at best. Lack of communication between drivers and the office was almost nonexistent. Nobody seemed to know ParkVia or port Parking Costa Golf. I'm now 75 years old and need help as I'm disabled. This is not the first time I've used port parking services)( first in Malaga ) so if I say it's bad, it's bad. Guess I'll go out of my way, in the future , not to use or recommend your trouble free services.

Únicamente faltó que en la web anunciaban que el coche nos lo entregarían lavado ya que estuvo allí 11 días y no fue así. Por lo demas todo perfecto

Excellent service and would recommend and use again. Only criticism was the car was very dusty on collection and the overall look of the parking lot which was a little off putting. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint was that the receipt said ParkVia but the car park was Costa golf making it difficult to find.
