Eagles Valet & Parking Services - Meet and Greet

Eagles Valet Parking Service offers an executive valet parking service at King Shaka International Airport at affordable rates with a complementary wash and vacuum.

Eagles Valet Parking Service requires 24hrs prior notice to your Departure and Arrival date. 

The driver will be awaiting you at the Drop-off 3/4 (Departure Level).

A full inspection of the vehicle will be completed by the car park operator and client. A document will be given to the client which he/she will have to provide upon arrival to pick up their vehicle.

Eagles Valet Parking Service's office will monitor the client's flight (for delays or arrival of earlier). The client will then meet the car park operator at Drop off 3/4 to inspect and pick up their vehicle.

Upon collection of the vehicle, the docket that was handed over to the client by the car park operator will need to be provided before the vehicle is handed over to the client.

The car park operator will then assist the client in loading your luggage into their vehicle.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

Upon delivering my vehicle to the service provider, I encountered an unexpected delay of approximately 20 minutes as they were not informed of my arrival. This oversight nearly resulted in me missing my scheduled flight, despite having made the booking two days in advance to prevent such inconveniences. Furthermore, upon my return, I discovered that the service provider was once again unaware of my arrival date, even though they had been in possession of my vehicle for a period of five nights. Given the sufficient time elapsed since my booking, I expected that any potential delays in the booking system would have been resolved, and my flight details should have been accurately reflected in their records. At this juncture, I am uncertain whether the issue stems from a faulty system or a failure on the part of the service provider to diligently review emails pertaining to bookings.

Did not eventually use the service. I just used normal long term parking. No WhatsApp confirmations or anything were sent ,I was apprehensive so didn't use

The add on admin fee is nonsense. E.g. advertise R95, then go into details and it's another R10 to R15 to pay.. say up front how much.

Good morning. I asked the consultant to please adhere to speed limits because I have a Discovery Tracker in that minitors speeding, acceleration, braking and cornering. They did not stick to the indicated speed limits of 40 inside the terminal area and 60 in the suburbs. I had my points deducted from my insurance. This is a problem for me. Otherwise I was very happy. Thanks.

I had to come back a day earlier than planned- sent them a whatsapp and they responded no problem. They were waiting for me when I landed. 2nd time I used them and will be using them on a regular basis.

I could not reach the service provider on the phone and ended up leaving my car in Air port long stay parking. Very disappointed and will never try again or recommend to anyone.

Overall, very good service. Our car was dropped off on time. The only issue I had was that I asked for the car to be picked up at 04:30 but they only picked up at around 05:15.
