BD3 Park and Fly

Paityn's Park and Fly provides a secure car park with a free meet and greet service included for passengers flying from King Shaka International Airport, available from 4:30 am to midnight.

HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified at the DROP OFF ZONE 1. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.

On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

I am concerned as to why the battery was disconnected, Both clocks were on the wrong time, all saved radio stations lost and blue tooth connection disabled. It is very worrying as what took place and why.

If you have a car that you value. Do not leave your car with this company. They park the car outside of the airport. They were also trying to extort carwash fees from me but the car had bird poop on it. So I highly doubt that there is shaded parking where they park the cars.

Although not noticeable, we had taken the mileage reading and just over 20kms had been done which was unexpected. Also my husband noticed the fuel monitoring settings showed drastic fuel consumption which makes him think that as my car has a V8 engine, the driver may have taken it for a test drive. But we will never know. The professionalism of pick up and drop off was good.

We came home to find someone had been sleeping in the canopy of our bakkie. The keys to the canopy had been taken out of their usual place and put elsewhere. We found cardboard, a jacket and dog food in the back.

Their pick up and drop off is not well organised. When we got back to the airprot to collect car they were still washing it. They also commented that they would wash the car - not specifying that this was not included and an additional charge. Then when we returned they charged us for the wash. A bit underhanded as they had made it sound like it was included. I would not use again. I have used other park and fly services via Parkvia in the past which have been much more efficient.

I have used BDS several times and I have always been exceptionally happy with the service provided. My last experience has been really disappointing. Upon receiving my car, I found that the rear speakers and the amp had been disconnected. The pin on the cable has also been broken and is stuck in the amp. As a result the sound system is no longer working which is now an additional cost to me to have this fixed. I have received no ownership or resolution from the company.
