How does the service work?

On arrival: please take a ticket from the entrance barrier to gain access to the car park. Once you have parked, you will need to go to one of the two automatic pay stations on the left as you exit the lift, outside rue de Lausanne, with your booking voucher to collect your exit ticket. To do this and to be put in contact with the ticket inspectors, you must press the button on the intercom.

Procedure for pedestrian exit: to exit the car park, please use the ticket issued to you by the entry terminal. As pedestrian access to the car park via the lifts is secure, a 4-digit code shown on your ticket must be entered to activate the lift doors. It is therefore important not to leave your ticket in your vehicle and to carry it with you at all times. This code will be written on the ticket issued at the entrance as well as on the ticket issued by the automatic ticket machines.

On your return: to leave the car park with your vehicle, you must use the ticket issued by the automatic pay station when you arrived.

Please note that if you arrive later than the time you booked, you will be required to pay an additional amount at one of the automatic pay stations.

In the event of a problem, an intercom link is available 24/7 at the entrance and exit terminals and at the automatic checkouts.
