Łódź Airport extends services through parking and pre-booking
Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport has joined a growing number of European airports to be listed on the ParkCloud Core network, enabling advance booking of its P1 car park by ParkCloud’s Polish customer base.
Following the opening of its new terminal in summer last year, the airport’s capacity shot up to 1.5 million passengers per year, opening up numerous possibilities for an airport which only handled close to 500,000 passengers in 2012. With its central location and new facilities, Łódź was perfectly positioned to push forward with the development of the airport’s customer base.
ParkCloud became part of this drive forwards in April this year, when Łódź airport chose to list its P1 airport car park on ParkVia Polska, the Polish web portal in ParkCloud’s Core network. Along with a listing on ParkVia Polska, the airport benefited from international exposure through ParkVia.com, ParkCloud’s English language web portal that offers parking options across the whole of Europe.
Information about the car park and its prices is now available through both these sites with the possibility of pre-booking a parking space once the customer’s choice is made. Over recent months, the partnership has yielded numerous bookings and interest in the airport's services, and ParkCloud is confident that this interest will continue to grow and a loyal customer base will emerge alongside it.
In the future, ParkCloud is looking to help Łódź airport further with the development of facilities, with opportunities such as affiliations with airlines, and extending access to parking pre-booking for its customers.
