How to enter the car park:
Once you reach the car park, a member of the staff will welcome you and you will be asked to show your parking reservation voucher to be assigned at your parking space.
Note: the staff is at the car park h24.

Once your car has been parked, the staff will organise the trasfer to the port for you. The shuttle bus is available for all those customers who are going to the port. For this reason it is necessary to show you booking voucher with all the embarkment details.
On your return, you just need to contact the car park, calling one of the telephone numbers you will found on the parking booking voucher you will receive by email.
