How does it work?

The day of your departure

On the day of your departure, please call the car park using the number provided in your booking voucher 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport. A valet will then wait for you at the drop-off point for your departure terminal. He will help you with your luggage and will complete an inventory of your vehicle before driving to the car park.

Please note that a supplement of €20 will be charged to the customer for any delay of more than 30 minutes in relation to the meeting time/drop-off indicated in the booking. If the drop-off is more than 60 minutes late, it will not be honoured.

The day of your return

After picking up your luggage, please call the car park using the number provided in your booking voucher. Your valet will return your vehicle to the drop-off point of your departure terminal.

Customers who arrive too early and park at the minute drop-off at the airport will have to pay the airport parking fee.
As an employee will be driving your car to the car park, please make sure that the car is in a clean state when you hand it over. This includes cleaning the driver's area from dirt and rubbish, removing foul odours and/or airing out the car and removing animal hair and debris.
Should the car be in an unclean state on the day of the handover, the operator reserves the right to refuse the service or to levy a €20 fee.

Please state your exact arrival time in your booking. For any delay greater than 30 min compared to the arrival time stated in the reservation the customer must pay an additional €20.

As the car park closes at 11.00 p.m., if the vehicle is collected after 11 p.m. (due to a delayed flight or for any other reason), the customer will be required to pay a supplement of €20 on the spot.
