GLOBOPARKING - Madrid

Opening times: 08:00 to 22:00

How to use the service:

On Arrival

1. On the day of your departure, arrive 10 minutes before the time you have indicated during your booking.
2. Enter or call the car park using the number provided in your booking confirmation.
3. Introduce yourself at the reception as a GLOBOPARKING client.
4. The GLOBOPARKING staff will collect your vehicle and park it.
5. The GLOBOPARKING staff will take you to the airport within 4 minutes in average.

GLOBOPARKING offers a transfer service to Madrid-Barajas Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3. If you are going to Terminal 4 you can travel free of charge with the transfer service to T1 and from there use the airport bus service to T4 free of charge with a frequency of 5/10 minutes.

On Return

SHUTTLE BUS TRANSFER AND PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. On your return, call the telephone number in your booking confirmation and you will be picked up within 10 minutes.
2. Terminal 1: Drop off and pick up in Arrivals at Gate 13.
3. Terminal 2: Drop off and pick up at Gate 18.
4. Terminal 4: Drop off and pick up at Gate 10.
5. If your return flight is scheduled in the afternoon, please contact the car park by phone or by email.

IMPORTANT:

- Please arrive at least 2 hours before the baggage check-in deadline.

- Extra cost of 19€ for arrivals or departures between 00:00 and 04:00, to be paid at the car park.

- You are required to leave your car keys with the car park whilst you are away.

- Maximum size of vehicles: 5 m
