ParkSafe Frankfurt Shuttle

The car park is well-illuminated, video-monitored and fenced throughout.

How it works:

Drive to the advised meeting point and call the driver hotline 30 minutes before your arrival so that a driver can pick you up on time. After handover, the driver will take the vehicle to one of the secure car parks. You will be required to leave your keys with the car park driver. On your return from your trip, after landing, call the car park for the first time so that they can prepare the pick-up. As soon as you have collected your luggage, call the car park a second time so that the shuttle driver can set off.

The shuttle service picks up customers at the following meeting points:

- Terminal 1: C7 Departures

- Terminal 2: E8 Departures

You are taken by shuttle to your vehicle at the car park.

Shuttle Service

- The shuttle service is available daily from 06:00 to 23:00.

- The car park no longer offers a regular shuttle service after 23:00. However, if a pick-up is required after 23:00 (e.g. delayed flight), a night surcharge of €50 will apply.

Booking Conditions

- Number of persons: The price includes up to 4 persons per vehicle. Each additional or unregistered person costs €10 extra.

- One piece of hand luggage (10 kg) and one piece of on-board luggage (20 kg) per person are free of charge.

- Each additional piece of baggage is charged at €10.

- Day extension: If the customer's return is delayed, the charge for each additional day is €20.

Important information

It is highly recommended that you arrive at the meeting point about 2.5 to 3 hours before departure. This should be taken into account when planning the arrival time.

Large Vehicles

The size of your vehicle should be maximum of 2.50 m (width) x 5.50 m (length). Oversized vehicles will incur an additional charge of €25 that will need to be paid on arrival directly to the car park.
