How does it work?

On the day of your outbound flight, call the car park 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport. We will meet at Kiss & Fly in the terminal, area B - C - exit 10 - 11 (departures). An employee of the car park provider will be waiting for you. After a short check of your vehicle, the employee will transfer your vehicle to the car park. For safety reasons, please take your mileage ETC yourself. To avoid any misunderstandings.

On the day you return from your trip, please call the car park after you have left the baggage claim. Use either the elevator or the escalator to go up. One of the employees will come to you immediately and meet you at exit 10-11 in Terminal BC to hand over your vehicle.

Step 1: Call us After landing, please call us as soon as you have left the baggage claim area and at the customs checkpoint, if available.

Step 2: Get upstairs. Use the lift or escalator to get upstairs.

Step 3: Vehicle handover. One of our employees will meet you at Exit 10-11 in Terminal B-C to hand over your vehicle.



Additional services

MarsPark offers a range of car care options so that you can get your vehicle back fresh and rested. These services must be arranged with the car park upon arrival and paid directly to them.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that the airport charges a fee of 10 €. This fee is not included in your booking and will have to be paid in cash to the car park operator on the day of your arrival.

The entrance height is 2.1 metres

The parking provider only accepts the following vehicles: Cars up to 2.1 metres high and 5 metres long. From a length of 5 metres, double the price will be charged on site. This applies to buses (Sprinter, VW Crater etc...) and RAM vans

Please note that Airportservice will drive your vehicle max. 16 km (there and back 32 km) to the car park, where it will be parked safely and guarded during your absence.

Delays or holiday extensions must be communicated immediately in writing by e-mail and by telephone to the parking provider.

Step 1:

Please state the exact date and time of your arrival and departure. It is particularly important to state the exact departure time. In the event of a delay of up to one hour, your booking will remain valid, provided you inform us in advance. However, in the event of a delay of more than 1 hour, your original booking will be cancelled and you will have to make a new reservation. This only applies to departures. There are no changes on arrival. In this case, the company is not obliged to park or otherwise provide the vehicle.

Step 2:

Prices and terms of payment If the vehicle is not picked up within the agreed time, a daily usage fee of €30,- will be charged.(In case of delay) With timely information (24 hours in advance) this amount is reduced to €20.

If the customer returns earlier from his journey, we will charge the customer a service fee of €50. No service fee will be charged if you inform us in good time (24 hours in advance).

If you wish to cancel your trip and return earlier, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us either via WhatsApp or email. If we do not receive notification within this period, you may have to expect a waiting time.

Step 3:

Please note that this description only applies to people who have booked an underground car park space. The vehicle will be parked in the underground car park for the entire time until the return journey is planned. At the agreed time, we will collect the vehicle from the underground car park and return it to our pick-up and drop-off point. This point is located at Kieshecker Weg 142, 40468 Düsseldorf in an open area without a roof, which is why the vehicle may be exposed to possible weather conditions such as rain or snow. We ask for your understanding in this regard in order to avoid misunderstandings.

Guidelines for vehicle handover at the car park service

1. fuel level and battery charge: Vehicles must be handed over with a sufficiently full tank or, in the case of electric vehicles, with a sufficient charge level. Vehicles with an activated tank warning light or a critical charge level will not be accepted.

2. refuelling if the tank level is insufficient: If the vehicle is handed over with an insufficient tank level or state of charge, our parking service will refuel or charge the vehicle subsequently. The fuelling or charging costs incurred for this as well as an additional service fee are to be borne by the customer.
