How does it work?

On the day of your outbound flight, call the car park 20 minutes before your arrival at the airport. Drive to the Departure terminal BC at exit 10-11 of Düsseldorf Airport. A member of the staff will be on site waiting for you. They will carry out the vehicle acceptance, which includes an external vehicle inspection and the handover of the keys. After that, your car will be taken to one of their parking spaces near the airport and your vehicle key will be locked in the safe. On the day you return from your trip, please call the car park after you have left the baggage claim. Use either the elevator or the escalator to go up. One of the employees will come to you immediately and meet you at exit 10-11 in Terminal BC to hand over your vehicle.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that the airport charges a fee of 10 €. This fee is not included in your booking and will have to be paid in cash to the car park operator on the day of your arrival.
