HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK? 

Upon arrival at the car park, please go to the entrance with your booking voucher. Once your car is parked, then your luggage will be put in the shuttle bus which will be waiting to transfer you to the Departure Terminal.

On your return, once you have picked up your luggage, please contact the number provided on your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The shuttle bus will then arrive and pick you up at the Terminal exit to drive you back to your vehicle.

Conditions for the shuttle:

During holiday periods or busy periods: the shuttle is included for up to 3 people. Beyond that, a supplement of €10 per additional passenger (including babies and children) will be charged on site.

In normal periods (excluding holidays): the shuttle is included for up to 4 people. A supplement of €10 per additional passenger will also be applied for each additional person (including baby and child).

This €10 includes the outward and return journey, and there will be no additional charge on the return journey.

Keys and vehicle types:

Keys must be left at the car park.

Payment and late payment:

The remaining balance of the booking must be paid on site.

For each day of delay, a supplement of €15 per day will be payable on site on return.

If a customer misses their flight or encounters a problem with their documents and wishes to return the following day, a supplement of €25 will be charged to cover the cost of the shuttle and check-in fees.

Notification for early returns:

In the event of an early return, the service provider must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In the absence of notification, an assistance fee of €85 may be charged for the return of the vehicle, subject to logistical feasibility.

If immediate return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the following day.
