Park-Orio Prime - Covered - Meet and Greet

Reliable services, convenient rates, and a ‘unique’ strategic position ensure that your journey can begin immediately, in total serenity, free from the usual vicissitudes of searching for the location of the car park on duty or from the worries of finding yourself bottled up in one of the many long queues that now permanently characterise the area around the Terminal.

Park-Orio Prime: the service for you!

The Prime service allows you to reduce to zero the time it takes to register your car and transfer to the Terminal by being able to choose between a Car Valet service that will allow you to arrive at departures directly with your car. Here, one of our operators will be waiting for you, who will then arrange for the car to be returned to Park-Orio.

Contact the car park at least 20 minutes before your arrival at the airport to confirm your appointment with the car park operator who will collect your vehicle.

Hostesses, reception desk, car valet service, transfer route... Every aspect is taken care of in detail and customised to make your trip truly 'Prime'.

Last but not least, every Prime customer will be assigned an access from where they can remotely control their car until the day of its collection!

Special Conditions:

• During the high season (10 Jul./5 Sep. + 20 Dec./5 Jan.), incoming vehicles will be repositioned between the Grassobbio headquarters and the depots in Bergamo (v. Magni 2) and Azzano (v. Emilia 33).

Parking costs and conditions for special vehicles and times:

• Published prices are for medium-sized cars up to 4.80 metres in length, 1.85 metres in width and 1.99 metres in height. For cars that exceed at least one of the aforementioned measurements within the limits of 5.20 metres (in length), 190 metres (in width) and 215 metres (in height) a surcharge of 30% will be applied, for all other cars with measurements greater than those expressed above the additional rate is 70% (the balance of the aforementioned measurements will be paid on site).

• The maximum height for indoor parking is 3.20 m.

• A surcharge of € 10.00 per half-hour or fraction of a half-hour before 4.00 a.m. applies to check-ins with parking required between 2.00 a.m. and 4.00 a.m.

• Check-outs booked or carried out after 2.00 a.m. are subject to a surcharge of € 10.00 per hour or fraction thereof.

• Check-outs later than the 6th hour after the registered time are charged an additional day's parking fee.

Maintenance/Service*

While your car is safely parked at Park-Orio you can take advantage of its temporary stop to request the many services provided by the facility:

- Washing (performed by hand) and sanitising the interior and/or climate systems

- Tyre change and repair

- Maintenance coupons

- Recharging of: electric cars, starter batteries and air conditioners

- Replacement of windows and application of window film

- Decarbonisation treatment

- General bodywork and mechanical work

- Periodic overhaul
