Parking OK - Meet & Greet - Open Air

Your car will be safe and sound with Parking OK. The car park has 300 private parking spaces and is situated in a unique location. They have more than 15 years of experience in airport parking and their goal is to be a reference in the sector. How does it work?

On the day of your outbound flight, call the car park 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. A member of the staff will give you directions to the meeting point. At the pick-up point, the visibly identified driver will take some photographs of your vehicle and the panel of your car to collect both the kilometres and the fuel you have at the time of delivery of the car. Hand your keys and the Aena ticket to the driver and you are good to go. Your car will be taken to the safe compound, located 8 minutes away from the airport, where it will remain parked during your stay. On your return, please call the car park number once you have collected your luggage. Please follow to the meting point as instructed by the car park. Your vehicle will be brought to you in about 10 minutes. After a quick check carried out between you and the driver to make sure that everything is correct, you will be ready to make your way home.

Important information and potential additional charges:

- Maximum height 2.20m, maximum length 5m. Oversized vehicles are not accepted.

- The car park is not responsible for valuables inside the car. If you are carrying valuables, you must indicate it, both in the reservation and to the driver who picks up the car. This way, the operator will take special care in their custody, free of charge.

- If your flight is delayed, the car park will charge you 10 € for each hour of delay. You can request the invoice to claim to the flight company.

- The car collection service ends at 01:00 AM. If your flight is delayed and you need to pick up your car after that time, in addition to the 10 € extra per hour, there will be a 10 € extra charge for out of hours. You can request the invoice to claim from the flight company.

- If your return is delayed by one day or several days, you must notify the car park as soon as possible by email, WhatsApp or phone call. Each additional day of delay is 15 € and you can request the invoice in order to claim from the flight company.

Additional services: Battery charging and interior and exterior dry car wash. These services must be arranged directly with the car park on arrival and paid to them.
